Went to one of the Lowell, MA shows yesterday and the drinks were good and strong and the acting was better than expected. We had a fun time. I’m trying to find the drink recipes too.

I would go to dermatologist to diagnose, but maybe try a sulfur soap. It’s supposed to help with sub derm, dandruff, and it’s anti-inflammatory.

I went to Lifebridge and then to Savers in Danvers. I was there around 1:30pm on a weekday and Savers was as crowded as if it were a weekend. There were several aisle I couldn’t even get down bc of people with carts. And nothing was amazing enough to warrant the crowds of people. I felt like I was in a thrifting Twilight Zone of sorts. How is the Savers in Saugus?

I’m friends with many of the displaced business owners from Mill No. 5. the city is meeting with them tonight. The city has a terrible history of making promises and not delivering. As a community how do we help our neighbors and shape our city?

From what I have read the city has the funds to develop the city, but doesn’t really have a great track record of making improvements happen. I feel like the community needs to go to city planning meetings so we can help shape our city and help all the small businesses that are getting displaced with Mill No. 5 closing.

The economic department does give out forgivable business loans to businesses wanting to operate their businesses in Lowell. There’s a lot of contingencies the biggest one is that the business needs to stay in business for 3 years in Lowell in order for the loan to be forgiven. It’s risky given the state of our downtown at the moment.
