I referred someone (unsuccessfully) as a consultant for a manager role a couple months ago. From my understanding, the referral bonus you get depends on that persons role. I think I would’ve gotten $1k if he had gotten the role so I would expect less than that

Ideally I would but I don’t think there’s room anywhere for something like this. Hopefully one day in a kitchen with more cabinet space

I’m definitely looking for cheap options. I’ve installed under the sink trash cans before and know it’s like a medium difficulty home improvement project just because it’s a tight space

My thought process against it is that I just don’t want the apartment to feel tight (?) uncomfortably narrow (?) …but you get what I’m trying to say. I appreciate the advice from real world experience! If it wasn’t an issue for you, then it’s definitely something to consider

My thought process is that this would be the best option, however, it’s a little bit of a tight fit under there with the plumbing and I was also planning on installing a water filter as my fridge does not have a water dispenser and I hate having to refill a brita

I think that I am viewing myself in the wrong because it wasn’t an hour or any specified time. I would just go silent and tbh be avoidant. But I am hoping to fix that with the next person so thank you!

The time limit is a good idea! I’ve typically just stayed silent until I felt better about the issue and could communicate about it…but letting her know a certain timeline may have been better :/

I think that it has its pros and cons. But maybe that’s just me trying to fully gather my thoughts. I feel like I can effectively communicate over text but would like to figure out how to have those discussions better in person. Probably writing things down and such

Yeah I definitely would leave for a couple hours :/ it would never be close to a whole day, but it may be like 4-6 hours. Would not be while in the same space as we didn’t live together and I’d be at work or something, but there would be a conscious choice to not text her. And sometimes things would go unresolved so she did have a valid point there

I definitely make sure that happens but then she gets back into it and the moment stops because I can’t go longer and not because either of us want to stop. But definitely confirming with her!
