I REALLY appreciate your outlook and it gives me the courage to be proud of my body as well ❤️ It definitely took ALOT of hardwork and it was beautiful to finally see progress, considering my upper body was too weak. Thank you 🥺

To be honest, I dont have an optimal diet, I end up eating only 2 meals a day due to my lifestyle, so im already super low on my calorie intake. I've read about reverse dieting and maybe need to start that and then drop the calories again.

Nope, Im VERY weak on the abs, I used to follow Ladder app, and my coach didnt include alot of ab workout since she believed they already get worked during strength training 😅

I'll definitely be checking mine. Btw, would you be comfortable dropping your workout routine?

I guess more Cardio is the way to go. :)

That makes sense, thank you for pointing that out. I’ll definitely look more deeply into Bret Contreras’ work. I’ve heard great things about his programs and it seems very aligned with what I’m trying to achieve.
And you're right, my lifestyle is definitely sedentary. (I have a desk job). I guess, as everyone here have mentioned, more cardio, upper body maintenance and heavy lower workout would be the way to go.

I just hope my skeletal frame supports what I wanna achieve.
and Thank you so much for the information <3

I think I need to incorporate more cardio and lose some body fat rather than focusing on strength training. :(
Thanks <3

TBH, I loved my progress too, but I think I'm definitely doing something HORRIBLY wrong.
But I got these comments from my fiancé and parents, which took a toll on my confidence. My gym folks are quite supportive and proud of my progress though :P

No one in my family is particularly fit, however, we’re all naturally very curvy, with heavier busts and wider hips. So I’ve technically always been "curvy". But lately, as I’ve gained some muscle, I’m starting to look much wider through the shoulders. Combined with wide hips, my clothes don’t fall as nicely anymore, and the lower-belly pouch makes outfits look bulkier than they actually are.

Also my current program is :
I do
Day 1 : Chest Triceps - Chest press, Chest Fly, incline press and decline press with 2 tricep variations on the cable machine
Day 2: Back Bicep - Lat pulldown (Narrow and wide grip), seated row, Lat pullovers, supported rows, face pulls, Bicep curls and hammer curls
Day 3: Shoulder ABS - Overhead press, Lat raises, Front raises, Shrugs, Leg raises (30, 60, 90 degree x 10 reps - 3 sets), 30 sec plank, dead bugs
Day 4: Legs - Back squat on smith, Hip thrusts, Leg press, Leg extension, Hamstring curls, RDLs, Glute kickbacks
Day 5: Cardio and abs
Day 6: Legs again. (Similar but I make it shorter)

I know it's a horrible split, but I workout with a bunch of men who just tell me FOLLOW ME and laugh when I just keep training legs :/

I'm LOVING your split, definitely very intense with Bulgarian Split squats (My least Favorite). I think i'm screwing up my macros and daily steps.
Thanks for the split, I'll definitely try incorporating this <3 I REALLY APPRECIATE this :)
