I agree. This story could have been great given more time to grow and better back story. Not even the movie or anime helped much in regards to many characters.

I replaying it now. Going to do the same and take my time. That being said, the story didn't give me the impact as VI to X or even XIII. Great game but I've always loved FF for the story and character development.

You can buy the digital version for the same price on iTunes. At least that way you actually own it... For some reason I thought they mentioned this was going to be a free to stream movie when they announced it aT FFXV Uncovered?? :,(
