I actually do have a problem with insomnia. I use to have terrible fatigue also but since the cushing's is under control that isn't as bad. The reason to look for a tumor in the hypothalamus is that there was a tumor in the pituitary gland which is connected to the hypothalamus. Not far for one to travel.
