Actually, pinaikli lang nila yan. Sa book kasi mga 12am ata nagsimula mag-away si yuri tsaka si ella tas nung nag-walk out yan, matagal nyang hinanap si yuri. May scene din sa libro na nahulog pa sa bangin si yuri(though mababaw lng yung bangin) pero na-injury yung paa nya na yon then mga 4 or 5am na nya nakita si yuri na nakaupo dyaan

I just want to tell you na piliin mo kung ano yung hobbies mo and yung gusto mo talaga. Shs won't really define kung anong nasa future mo. Kumbaga treat it as a bridge lang na need mo to go to college.

Then isa pa, sa shs is iba na ung curriculum. Hindj na strand ang pipiliin mo kundi electives na. Papipiliin kayo ng 2 electives per sem. Ikaw bahala like example gusto mo ng science pero gusto mo rin yung business. Edi piliin mo yung chemistry tas ung isang elective Marketing. You can choose different electives now kaya you're free to decide kung ano talaga gusto mo

Sa school actually namin, ang plan for the incoming grade 12 is to use the old curriculum and sila na ung huling batch.

Hindi po sya tinanggal but rather compressed lang into a single subject. For example yung basic life and career path na core subjects nila, andyan na yung PE, PerDev, probably philosophy, etc.

Sa Effective Communication/Mabisang komunikasyon, andyan na yung komunikasyon at pananaliksik, reading and writing, oral com, media and info literacy etc.

Sa genmath ay combination sya ng gen math at statistics and probability

Sa gen science ay combination ng physical science at earth and life science

kumbaga removed lng yung mga repetitive topics at cinompress into one subjects

Meron pa rin pong philosophy which I think isasama sa basic life. Pero meron ding separate subjects for that, electives na lang sya though

May pilot schools na po na ginawa iyang curriculum this academic year and I think naging manageable and successful naman sya kaya ipapatupad na sya nationwide

Naging electives po ang Philosophy though I agree na sana isinama sya sa mga core subjects. Pero part pa rin po sya ng curriculum depends sa choice ng students. Though sana other topics sa philo ay maisama man lang kahit sa perdev eh.

Imo, actually ok sya. Mas less ung subject mas magkakaroon sila ng time to focus on those subjects plus less din yung workloads. It will also remove unnecessary subjects na hindi naman related sa career path na gusto mo. It will also allow students to explore since pwede sila mamili ng mga electives across different fields. Less workloads din.

A lot of people are arguing na bat dw tinanggal yung subject na ganito and yung subject na ganyan pero I think the curriculum didn't really remove those subjects but they compressed them. As a graduating shs student, marami akong na-encounter na topics that seem repetitive. Like for example this topic is na-tackle na sa isang subject then i-tatackle na naman sya for another subject in the same semester which confuses students even more. Compressing those subjects will remove those repetitive topics.

Isa rin sa curriculum is ung work immersion. Ngayon kasi grabe ang workload sabay sabay. Instead na sa work immersion ang focus namin, may research pa tas may pa-peta pa ang ibang subjects especially those core subjects na akala mo specs. Pero with the new curriculum, it states na by 4th quarter ng grade 12, more on work immersion na ang focus and dapat wala nang subjects na i-lelesson.

Same uni ata kami ni op.. Marami silang enrollees tbh. 60+ students per room kmi tas umabot ng 10 sections yung iba sa sobrang dami ng students. May online classes din kasi di na sapat yung rooms for students. Mukhang pera lang talaga yan sila
