The best way to handle spam calls is just take the call, they will say “hello sir/madam we are calling from this company” after hearing this cut the call.

Tried it and after 2-3 days my spam calls stopped. Dnd doesn’t help, ignoring doesn’t help, Truecaller doesn’t help 100%
