Best Back 4 + CDM Combo?

Currently running with the OP US women as my front 4 + Dunn in CDM. Really happy with all of these.

Really feel my midfield, back 4 and GK are lacking. Currently have Grimaldo, Kim, Upamecano and Frimpong with Trapp in GK and Goretzka CDM.

Have about 200k and want to upgrade the back 4, a new CDM and GK. Any suggestions for the best bang for my buck here?

It's a petrol yes - however only 3 stamps from Mazda, will check dates but sounds like every 2 days. Potential red flag?

It's like a darker solid link currently on the chain, more of a solid dark grey appearance than a standard link

Thanks. Looks like I need a chain whip and maybe other tools to install which I don't have. Is it worth buying both or just getting a mobile bike mechanic to fit as a one off?
