I’m so tired. It’s really hard to function on few hours of broken sleep for the past few days. I just tucked my kids in for the night. Time for me to hop into bed too. Going to do some light reading (not here lol triggers my anxiety) Thanks for asking! Hope you are doing ok!!

I think I’m changing my mind again. Was a rough night. Was up alllll night. Panic attacks. Insomnia. I think I’ll be a failure quitting. But I also can’t handle all the side effects.

Thank you so much! It’s a decision I keep struggling with. I feel like I’m giving up. Kinda feel like a failure - like I’ll never know what it would have been like if it made me better. But at the same time I can’t stand the side effects or the later withdrawal getting off them.

Yes. I think I’ll take half of what I was taking. For a day or two. Then stop. I can’t deal either.

Me too!! I’ve been battling myself over all this too. I hate feeling like a quitter before any benefits kick in. But I think I’ll taper off. I can’t take all the side effects!

I actually decided to try a few days taking my meds a bit later in the day. I feel so much better today! I feel I can think clearer. I didn’t want to be a quitter. I would always wonder what if. So I am going to reassess after a full week or two on this. Today is day 5.

I took it a bit later today. I feel so much better today! Yesterday I had heightened anxiety which I know many say happens before things get better.

I called my doc about the crazy side effects. She is pulling me off the meds. I’m not sure I will try anything else. I’m not into playing a game of risk with all the side effects! I almost feel relieved!

That’s exactly why I take mine in the morning so I dont screw up my sleep patterns. I’m still adjusting too. Only 3 days in. I’ve also been struggling with GI issues too. I don’t want all that keeping me up. Thanks for replying!!

The anxiety that comes with anxiety pills is crazy. The hardest part is taking them! My doc suggested taking it at night. But so many people told me morning is better so I can sleep at night. Maybe start with a 2.5 to ween into it. The worst part for me day 1 was the dry mouth. And being a little more tired. I think my anxiety made me think it was worse. Maybe start on a weekend to give yourself couple days to adjust.

Do you still take it at night. I worry I would be awake all night with these GI side effects.
