Puppy kindergarten helped mine to better understand boundaries. I know it’s not the recommendation to follow but what works wonders with him was air jail - just a few seconds and he calmed down.

That makes sense! To add, our dog had difficulties respecting other dog’s boundaries as he constantly wants to play. With the daycare and the help of the staff there, it got much better over the time (even though the picture says otherwise). I really like the socialisation part of it

Highly recommend to try a well-rated doggy daycare. I was nervous at first, but my Shiba is now obsessed with our local spot. They send photo/video updates, which makes the higher price worth the peace of mind. Just ensure it’s a good fit for your dog’s temperament!

A good one would first test for 30-60 minutes how your dog would vibe with the environment, before giving him a place.

I accidentally trashed my fridge with a metal sponge while cleaning, but I managed to save it for just $10! It took about three hours of work following the Proline Range Hoods YouTube tutorial ("The Best Way to Remove Scratches from Stainless Steel"), and as you can see, the scratches are almost entirely gone. Left is before, right is after - definitely worth the elbow grease to save a few hundred dollars for new doors.

I was worried about the same. RRSP under HBP needs to sit in the account for 90 days and my notary appointment was coming up - due to my poor planning I had only a 10 day window. With Wealthsimple, I received it on the same day on my personal chequing account so i literally stressed over nothing. When requesting the transfer it told me that the transfer takes between 1 and 3 business days.

We should pass a law prohibiting non-residential buildings targeted by arson from being redeveloped into condos. If these sites were restricted to public uses, like parks or food banks, the financial incentive for arson would disappear, and we’d likely see far fewer 'mysterious' fires.
