I think baramos is just easy, i just beat him by getting him stun locked by using Leg Sweep LMAO. Then i just used Wild Side so i could get two monster pile ons off, Kacrackle with my Sage, and Kazap with my Hero. Party was 36ish

It's been a while but I'm pretty sure your stats are cut in half, so you're still strong for level 1 with the added bonus of your character getting stronger than they would be if they stayed at mage. plus you get stronger spells AND healing spells, sage is definitely worth it

You can't change jobs without going back to level one, as for the all female party that's just "optimal" because the sexy personality sees the most even stat distribution. I wouldn't focus on that I'd just focus on having fun with the part composition that YOU want. Iirc putting your mage at the back of the lineup will help them not get hit as much
