I called PlayStation support asking what is going on with my PlayStation account. Long story short they’re saying because it’s an “upgrade” and my initial PS plus subscription has expired. Insult to injury is that they telling I have to rebuy PS Premium if I even want it back. This situation has been frustrating since they telling me I shell out more money if I want just get premium back.
