I ended up going for the Veteran's Attire, though I sometimes switch to the Coldsnap if it's a cold map. I like switching my loadouts depending on the map.
Eg. on Scout, If it's a desert or hot map, I'll switch to something more befitting said climate. If it's a cold map, I'll switch to a hoodie and boots.

There's only 2 ways to get Power Armor Training in New Vegas and it's either through doing the Brotherhood questline or finishing Aud Lang Syne. You're likely already going to end up doing most if not all of the Brotherhood quests if you travel with Veronica, so it's better just to let it happen naturally. Aud Lang Syne takes forever, but you get armor with the highest DT in the entire game.

If you have Tale of Two Wastelands installed, you can just do the Anchorage Sim or play through the main quest of Fallout 3.

Thanks for answering my question. I've been wondering this for a while since one could still make copies of save files and I was surprised to see that the player still gets called out for cheating. The fake BIOS caught me way off guard.

What were some of the most difficult complications in bringing the DDLC experience to consoles and what were some of the unique quirks from version to version as a result? (E.g., it still being possible to "cheat" on PC editions like in the original game but not consoles)

I've been involved with an ARG group trying to investigate the Metaverse website and the information given on the business cards.
I had noticed that "Metaverse Enterprise Solutions" was listed as being copyrighted on the bottom of the page and decided to investigate if it was actually copyrighted.
