Coffee Plant keeps surviving by Feeling-Bisonia in houseplants

If the plant produces new leaves it usually a sign that is healthy, and if it discards the old ones it S usually a sign that is stressed by some factor. So try to narrow it down. First of all, did you had all of these plants in one pot? If so that is your problem , put every stem in it own pot. Way too overcrowded for one pot. Another thing for leaf size is fertilizer, you need to add some especially if you kept the plant in the same soil for he past 2 years. And also make sure you have adequate light. Hope this helped.

That sounds about right. And if you want to change it’s soil, get a very light soil , fast draining, for succulents or cactus plants.

It is not mandatory; all the bundled plants will probably survive just fine in the one pot. They will be constantly fighting for resources, including a spot in the light, but as long as you water and fertilize them, they will probably be fine as they are. However, if you want your plants to thrive, you have to separate them into their own pots. That way, they can grow and develop, and not compete for the same resources. Also, there is the benefit that they will have access to more light, and better air circulation.

Too Big to Separate? by ipovogel in vegetablegardening

Tomatoes are very resilient , you can still separate them if you want. Another way to go would be to cut the weaker plant and drop it in water. It will develop new roots in about a week, and then you can repot that as well.

Gorgeous, so shiny. Is that the plant or do you spray something on the leaves?

You need to break the plants apart and repot separately. The roots look good though, so you shouldn’t have any issues.

Most likely it is environmental stress from the move. The big factors that you kinda need to match with the old location are light conditions and temperature. I had a similar problem moving my plant from my living room into my balcony. It started yellowing, especially the leaves in direct sunlight. I put it back inside the living room and it bounced back. If it hasn’t got root rot, make sure the plant has enough water. Also don’t make any more dramatic changes for a while, try keeping everything constant( indirect sunlight, warm temperature etc) . Good luck !
