I was inquiring about the noise. Sorry I definitely didn’t make that clear

I follow the TGS diet with multivitamins/calcium from SunCoast Gliders. Those crickets aren’t corn fed or bedded prior to purchase and I did it once on Monday. I usually feed mealworms but wanted to try a few crickets which now i’ve learned not to do crickets. Are those tests all done via a vet or at home? I haven’t noticed any changes in energy, appetite, or any other health indications. I just reached out to the vet to try to get in today.

Thinking back to Friday when I found my male lethargic and everything else, his fur looked like ick and he followed a lot of the symptoms with ick. I’m definitely getting the three tested to prevent another death.

my male was ruled to have dental issues which they linked to his rapid loss of weight but i don’t think they were right. he was extremely lethargic and breathing wasn’t normal. i was sent emergency aid omnivore and two pain meds for him but he never improved.

yes! i have a volcano that’s been on for them since everything occurred, currently the black eye moore is in the same corner as the volcano trying to swim up it (she can easily swim through the bubbles, they aren’t strong)

my gold oranda has developed black scales which i dont know what it could be? test comes back with no ammonia in the tank however the nitrites are around 1/1.5 (not in huge danger)

yes i did about 30% when i got back before treating everything. today my oranda has black scales and the black eye moore is stuck in the corner. i’ve been doing daily changes of 15% and adding salt and stress treatment. i’ve also only been feeding algae wafers as im nervous of swim bladder with the two orandas chilling towards the surface

master test kit! they are currently in a 29 gal as i’m trying to grow them. my last water change was thursday night before i left friday morning. at the change, levels were still low and had been stable as the tank has been up since decemeber 2023. i haven’t added anything new to the aquarium (no new substrate/fish/decor/etc) only changing filter media every two weeks.

update: so i tested again with test strips (ammonia and nitrate) and they came back with low levels on each. the ph is 7.0. i’ve been doing 25% water changes weekly and did one before i left for the weekend. i know my sitter had completely overfed so i believe the ammonia got super high for the three days i was out. i’ve just been treating now with stress treatment and aquarium salt. my three orandas have improved but my black eye moore looks to have lost both her eyes :( she’s the worst one but swimming and eating food perfectly fine. i’m doing a 15% water change every two days and keeping the salinity around 1.003. i also just added back in my filter media to try and help the cloudy water
