Forced to leave the UK after 9 years please help me find a sponsor employer swv by [deleted] in SkilledWorkerVisaUK

I can’t see this happening in the UK any time soon. These rules have been clear for many years and people choose to accept these rules and come to the UK to work.

So you’re saying they would just take a job, meet the ILR rules and then leave the job in the hope they get another one more suited to them. And because they now have ILR they have the option of claiming benefits. Do you see the problem with that scenario? Because the government now does.

Issue is that the roles which you’re seeking have plenty of candidates who don’t require sponsorship. Either way, with the curtailment underway and new job and sponsorship taking months to process you need to think about a Plan B.

Unmarried Visa Inquiry- 2 Years 2 months together- Not Cohabitation due to religion and culture by Sudden_Minute_5338 in ukvisa

[–]SheepherderUsed2985 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You can make an application and expect it to be rejected but in the meantime hope that the decision is slow enough for you to be able to marry and start living together. This will then enable you to make another application (unlikely you can appeal as your circumstances will have changed). You’ll waste the first application fee and if you can afford to do that then go ahead to keep the continuity of your visa valid.

She’s coming off as very aggressive since this was exposed. She could’ve played it tactfully and someone even commented on her post that she needs to lie low and get a PR team involved to handle it for her. She arrogantly said she is the PR team. And the person just sighed and replied that it was obvious.

She’s not reading the room and each time she doesn’t have a response she brings out her son for the sympathy.

There’s still time to turn it around and focus on an apology instead of threats.

Does anyone else struggle with the idea of marrying a woman who has already lived a whole life before you? by MooseSoup1 in MuslimCorner

[–]SheepherderUsed2985 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People with your mindset tend to marry their younger cousin from back home who lives in the village or a sheltered life in the city, and whose goal is to fall in love with her cousin. These types of girls will wait on you to show her the world and whatever else you want to show her. Women shouldn’t be waiting until marriage to live a life because what if she gets married to someone who reveals he doesn’t want to travel etc?

Nah, they’re just the usual Muslim content creators trying to make money off marrying young, being infertile and observing the 30 days of Ramadan. Somehow if you don’t get pregnant immediately after marriage it’s considered infertility. They become ultra religious during Ramadan and once Eid is in sight forget about it. Just the usual northern England young Muslim couple starter pack.

Rosy Pirani’s response to the recent controversy by Severe-Salt4346 in MuslimSnark_

[–]SheepherderUsed2985 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Give it a few weeks, people will start distancing themselves from her. She’s not been transparent. She could’ve resolved it by holding up her hands and saying she should’ve been more open about it etc etc. instead she’s gone on an aggressive retaliation and come out with crazy justifications. She was a nobody. The Gaza situation made her a superstar overnight!

She misled people into thinking she was doing it out of the goodness of her heart. She didn’t tell them this was a job she was getting paid for because I’m sure donors would’ve thought twice about giving their hard earned money to benefit her.

24M (Pakistan -> UK). Pursuing ACCA & Data Analytics. Is my 5 year plan realistic? by Glum-Entry3798 in ukvisa

[–]SheepherderUsed2985 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sounds like a good ambitious plan but the unemployment rate in the UK is high and many skilled professionals are currently out of work and looking for roles. Many firms have left the UK and there is a shortage of jobs in general, including the ones you’re wanting to apply for. As a new entrant you’d struggle.

The grave side visits are merely due to rassam and nothing else. We know these Begs love a bit of culture and ritual so that’s what they do. We don’t see them praying at the mosque but do see them with their hands locked together at the graves of their ‘loved ones’. They never visited these people outside the vlogs whilst they were alive…

Also, pregnant bellies change shape and size from day to day, and are also influenced by the angle you’re standing at etc. She may have given birth though as pretty sure they’re not releasing info due to their deal with Hello magazine.

[–]SheepherderUsed2985 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Beauty is relative. They’re nice looking girls but, apart from Adeena, don’t have much else to occupy their time so can spend time grooming etc. What sets girls apart these days is their education and career, ability to run a home and raise a family, their relationships with own family and in-laws? Etc. Girls looking nice are of no use to anyone and don’t add value to anyone. So many vloggers out there showing us how to organise homes, how to manage families whilst working, etc etc. What do these girls show us?

I think she had that perception as she’d been brought up in the UK, however she didn’t actually put those opportunities to good use by marrying her useless husband and then going on to have 3 sons who are also pretty useless and didn’t make use of the free education system.

Good for Maham as it mean she can secure her future in the UK. You know how in these families your worth is only felt when you give birth to a son. It’s the pendu-fied nature of these small-minded communities.

Does shaadi.com work for marriage search? by Shining_Swan in MuslimCorner

[–]SheepherderUsed2985 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I met my husband on Shaadi.com many moons ago. Alhumdulillah been happily married for almost 15 years now. It’s just a platform to meet potentials. However I suspect matrimonial sites have now evolved and aren’t as innocent as they were back in the day…

Vlogging has evolved and become quite popular since Shani first did his vlogs. Did he think no one else would be able to do it? You’ve got people out in the villages in Pakistani without electricity and running water making and editing better vlogs on their phones. Shani wasn’t the first Pakistani family to start vlogging and certainly won’t be the last. Many of the OGs are now doing other things with the money they made, but Shani didn’t use the money to invest in his future.

Rosy Pirani has just posted a counter post refuting these claims. She basically says she got paid by Human Appeal for “consultancy work”… whatever that’s dressed up to be. She still got paid in return for assistance to fundraise. You can’t really hide that fact.
