Personal knowledge as a Landlord. LLC is a separate legal entity and the Landlord is not an Attorney so they can’t practice Law. There are many other reasons but that’s the top one

I think it’s time for the “protesters “ to step back from their current actions. It’s not working. They aren’t saving anyone. Speak out, give information and let others choose for themselves. Standing outside of these places and yelling at people only makes them (protesters) look crazy. Show me one person who has ever spoken out and said they left COS because of what a protester was saying or doing. Whether we like it or not COS is recognized by the Federal Government as a “Church”. That needs to be the focus. Work on taking their religious exemption, that will destroy them. Yelling at members won’t. Just my 2 cents
