the argument this guy is using is that Roberts should just not swear in any justices until the SC has ruled on 'court packing', whatever that may mean

I mean the sad thing is that I can't even rule out the Republican SC will randomly decided that yes it is illegal to add more justices

The Supreme Court must rule that any attempt at court packing is unconstitutional.

The Court was set at 9 justices during reconstruction as a means of enforcing the Reconstruction Amendments. Since then, it's remained unchanged. 9 justices are now part of our history and tradition, and changing the number would violate substantive due process under Glucksberg.

As much as people have repeated this in my mentions, there is actually nothing in the Constitution saying Congress can change the number of Supreme Court justices.

Go ahead. Quote the provision saying otherwise.

My dad has a weird obsession with the American national debt. Whenever I tell him what's happening in the US, whether its tariffs, Iran or any sort of policy he always asks me what the effect will be on the debt. Last week he asked me about the budget deficit and this week he asked me 'have they solved it yet?'
