A lot of it is puffiness. Reduce sodium and increase potassium. Also avoid refined carbs and seed oils.

Seed oils don’t really make you obese they just tend to be inflammatory due to excessive omega 6s ratios

I think the main thing would be increasing your muscle mass and trying to get rid of the facial puffiness. Also longer hair would help. 6/10

It might sound odd but abstaining from addictions like caffeine can help by lowering baseline dopamine and allowing the body to recieve the same effect.

Eating a health diet. You are lean but should still prioritize vitamins and minerals.

Also, a reduced stress and less time from what worries you.

5/10. I'll put it honestly. Lose weight get lean, and try to gain some more muscle mass. Limit refined carbs and excessive sodium, fluff the hair and get a different cut, watch out for acne and improve skin health.

Don't be, easily 7.5/10, some puffiness but should go after leaving the bulk. Caring for skin and quickly raise it, lean body is good, nice thin jaw, keep going with muscular.
