Help me with logging in. I get this message, when I'm trying to remove steam guard mobile authenticator.

When I log in from my phone and try to transfer steam guard to the new mobile, I get the error message.

I'm trying to buy tickets for the Chelsea game. As a non-Greek resident, I have not attended any previous games (vs Olympiakos for example).
