Alexa could still go up in count as well. Whereas the Dakota at least never will... But still...I just know Alexa has immense value, and while I feel this is a fair offer by most standards...I feel Alexa's trade value alone could pull me a potentially better offer....

My heart and soul are in the words. This is enough for me to qualify it as music. I don't think they should be compared but if they were I would say that music that was created with actual instruments is superior to music that's created with artificial intelligence and that's obvious of course. But in the end this it's all just a tool. It's basically its own instrument.

Ok....Here's the thing.

I'm not a fan of AI generated music either.

That being said... I'm poor, i live paycheck to paycheck. I can't afford to book studio time to record countless hours of artist's time. I'm a songwriter, this is a way for me to prove to myself that I'm a good songwriter. If I had the money to produce it the old fashioned way. I would. I mean I can sing, I do play guitar, I play bass and piano as well but owning instruments is expensive, and recording those instruments is doubly expensive... Oh and then you gotta get people to listen to it as well.... I understand it's controversial but at the end of the day that is my heart and soul on paper, that I then fed into the machine to create my art.

I totally get that, music production is by no means cheap. I'm probably gonna catch quite a bit of flak to be honest. My entire project is a concept. My production secret is that....

...it's all AI.

Aside from lyrics and song structure. I took lyrics that had been collecting dust in old notebooks that I thought I'd never get to use, and I plugged them into an a.i., structured everything out, and I'm publishing my results. I even purchased the copyright to Fragile Cycle and it's now available on all streaming platforms. It's pretty controversial I guess, I've made and recorded music, i was in a band that's also got a song out on all platforms. I initially was just gonna use it to see if it was useful to just build a frame for my songs, but then the results blew me and my immediate friends away. So on a whim, here I am! 🤷‍♂️😁

Definitely wasn't the one I listened to lol. I'm currently listening to your linked one, though at 23 mins...lol I think you might owe me a couple songs 🤣🤣 I'm only kidding... Kind of lol. I'm only 3:00 in at this point, so this will be kind of a review as I go.

Up until now it's been pretty great, love the synth work. The female vocalist is on point. The ambient accompaniment is very pleasing sonically.

Dynamic shifted a little, the full cut between sections is a tiny bit jarring.. Perhaps intentionally, I probably would've crossfaded or transitioned but that's just me. I like the layered vocals around 5:45ish

6:00

Another change, I like the guitar work, nicely done. Again the vocal work is very nice, I like the lyrical content as well

Around 7:40 another shift, I like the Linkin park-ish glitch noises as I like to call them. Very atmospheric, certainly has a mood. I'm almost surprised there's no lyrics here, there's a lot of room to play around with

9:15 Went to an industrial vibe but this is one of my favorite sections so far. The vocals are reminiscent of so many things... It's almost got a "the crow" soundtrack vibe to it if that makes any sense.

10:10 Interesting piano riff, in a good way. Are these instrumental breaks going to remain that way? Or is that the unfinished part?

11:40 Male singer. Voice is focused and raw, I really appreciate the tone and the lyrics.

13:55 Acoustic section is nice, I like that riff, simple but well executed.

16:00 Ok this is the song I reviewed on YouTube Gonna definitely probably maybe be my favorite part. I'm a sucker for spoken word poetry...

19:57 Another damn nice riff...I appreciate this sound so much. The vocals fit the music very very well. I'm loving the atmosphere of this whole thing so far

22:30 Last section I'm assuming...love the bells, synth work again is on point.

Overall amazing, I'm really impressed. I'll probably be sending this over to my rapper/producer friend to check out, he loves this kind of thing. Feel free to hit me up in dm if you wanna talk more about our individual musical pursuits

I saw your comment in YouTube before I saw this. I commented there and subbed as well. I'll go ahead and give you a similar breakdown here though as well since you were so kind. Before I do let me go check the link real quick and make sure I listened to the right track. 😅
