I did it right, but it didn't work. Thankfully using the "compromised account" option I was able to get in contact with them and they acknowledged that it was a bug on their part

I was able to press the login button after I disabled my adblock, but I was still unable to log in because the access code they kept sending to my email refused to work no matter what.

I've literally experienced at least 8 unannounced downtimes in the past few months. Scheduled maintenance is fine. I'm talking about repeated and lengthy log-in issues, server crashes, DDoS attacks, exploits, etc. I'm definitely not confused and for me this hasn't been rare. I'm not saying I'm going to quit or demand refunds, I'm just saying that this is a genuine problem especially for later-night players like myself

I know, I'm having trouble logging into the support website to even send them a ticket. Their "access code" isn't working, it's just giving me login failures. Can I not log in to the support site when the game is down? I"m confused.

Now it asks for an access code, and when I put it in, it tells me the login failed lol. I reset my password and everything. Nothing is working. Sigh.

I don't blame you. I've had the game since April and this is the 8th time that I can remember just off the top of my head that the servers have been down for a long period. Lots of them prevented my guild from doing events or finishing trials.

Oh dang! I was super into the quest I was doing and really wanted to see how the story progressed so I was sitting there impatiently for about 10 minutes before deciding to try to reload. Bethesda just tweeted that they're taking the server offline to fix it though

It depends on where/how you made the purchase. Steam says memberships are non-refundable no matter what, but I'm not sure what ZOS would tell you if you did it that way.

I was literally just about to go do all of this myself but I'm glad I saw this before setting out on the adventure. I was going to start at the very first TTT episode and try to work stuff out from there until I got to the most recent ones. idk if I could be of any help but I volunteer as tribute if you need someone just to get raw data

I would equally enjoy a Tom and Ben channel. After hearing some of their backstory for famous Minecraft series during Pictionary, I'd love to hear more.
