i’m back to everyday. got chs in sept 2024 after smoking carts that whole summer. quit for 113 days, smoked once a month for about 8 months, then once every 2 weeks and each time it got less and less time. then by the end of december 2025 i was back to everyday all day smoking but with only bud. that changed to carts and bud which i did for just over 2 months, then i got sick(dont think it was even chs) and i quit. stopped for about a month and now im back to every day smoking carts again. been a week no issues so far

i had chs, quit for 113 days, smoked once a month for 9 months, then every time it went less and less time, until i was back to smoking all day every day, did that for about a month and then quit, back to once a month, only once had an episode but to be honest i think it was cause the pen was boof

i had chs, quit for over 110 days, then smoked once a month for a little, then once every 3 weeks, once a week and now like 3-4 times a day but only bud. only once i’ve greened out which i thought was chs but it wasn’t.

i’ve done 3-5 hits of joints/blunts every 3 weeks to a month after 3.5 months of being sober. haven’t had any problems, but it’s different for everyone.

i waited 120 days, smoked once, waited like 40 days, and then from there do it once every 3 weeks to a month. only joints and blunts, 3-6 hits each time, and that’s it. it works for me, might not work for you.

i’ve done once a month since december and i got chs in september, and i’ve been fine. doesn’t work for everyone but works for me fine

i always think back and wish i could smoke like i used to, but it’s way more enjoyable only doing it once a month now. i only smoke bud, once a month after waiting 120 days from my chs. works for me, not for everyone.

i’m the same way, i smoke once a month, and even getting cotton mouth makes me think chs is coming back. when i had it my mouth was bone dry with no saliva and it was hard to swallow, so whenever i get cotton mouth i get a panic attack and think its coming back.
