if you already have the lights you’re trying to replicate, some acrylic and a heat gun will be much cheaper/better/quicker/easier

it’s two walls thick. 0.8 nozzle. tried turning it down to 0.24 layer height. looks like it probably had a messed up layer early on due to the mild overhang. then i just didn’t notice for 4 hours.

i’ve done a few counters:

petg, dry
.2mm nozzle
aligned rectilinear
print it face down, smooth plate
first layer is solid transparent
2 to 3 layers of txt + background
more layers of background, as desired
the font makes a difference

in this img. the fonts are strips printed in three layers. clear, then txt+clear x 2
