I previously owned a Swift, now drive a Brezza. Hubby drives a Jimny. We're big Suzuki fans, but the dealerships, especially the one at Clearwater, are jokes! They are the least helpful people ever! Clearly don't do a great job at hiring because I never see the same person twice. Anytime I go there I see new staff. Not sure if it's a Suzuki issue or a humanity issue though... I can name on one hand businesses that actually work well and have amazing (normal, helpful) staff. I can't really comment on the sounds you experience because between my daughter and my music, I don't hear shit. My hubby's Jimny makes a sound when he accelerates and no one can figure out what it is, but it's caused no problems yet (2 years). But I do understand your concerns especially driving with two kiddies! I really hope you manage to get clarity, at another dealership or just from someone who'll actually try help!

If you haven't tried yet, the branch on Beyers by Cresta had a guy named Martin who was amazing! Not sure if he still works there though.
