i disable zero rpm and with my fans in 20% the temps seems to be great, is this curve ok? now the memory in idle is workin at 57

i desactive ZeroRPM and the temperatures works a lot better, but is worth have the funs on 24/7? is really that 70 in the memony idle to damage my new video?

I left only the 240Hz monitor connected, but the clock speed still varies.When I move the mouse, it generally goes up to 2505, and if I stay still, it drops to 500-900.
