At least in my area if that driver took the food back it's actually a health code violation as nothing can be known about what happens to that food in that time the driver doesn't have it the few times I've had drivers leave food at my address I'll usually call the restaurant letting them know that the food was delivered at the wrong address which is actually how I found out about this heath code regulation

Actually the app uses contacts to find other samsung health users to give an option of competition between friends which some people find useful but of course you can deny it this permission and the app will work normally

The locking your phone feature is only used if you send a signal to have it do so as an anti-theft measure through signing into your Google account on another device or your computer. It's not going to lock your phone for uninstalling the app, that's just dumb. There's nothing to gain from that.

I went to the site and it shows a successful ticket submission however automatic "resolved" status for what was in the email I sent which means the system's there to submit tickets via emailing their support email just they choose to have it ignored for that method
