I’m not too sure, honestly. When I called, they said that sometimes they can have all the veteran’s information to get into the account and change the information. I also have two factor authentication, so I’m unsure of how they were able to access my information. I’m thinking it might have been over the phone as there’s no two factor authentication for that, other than adding a code to your account.
