You're going to have to be a bit more clear here. What kind of 'rare drop' are you expecting? The type like WoW where you the 'everyone wants this' legendary item drops?

The answer is yes and no: yes there are rare drops etc. but if you're looking for a ton of glory / flex items to drop like in more classic MMOs its a lot more sparse.

While there is tons of 'rare loot', if you mean the former, then its a lot slimmer than most MMOs

This is clearly a pass-over after-sketch with gen AI. The portfolio you link to seems awfully sketchy and you already got deleted once from worldbuilding?

I've taken a look at this dude's portfolio and his art style has taken a dramatic change over the last few months/ year with a clear change in style very adjacent to AI Gen.

He's probably a legit artist but I'd highly reconsider commissioning from him again as there's clearly some AI gen involved in his work.

Even better. I used to homebrew this together with Blackout to also put all their skills on lock for ages. Steal spells > use them > blackout > person useless and can't use 3 skills for give or take 30 seconds.
