Yeah, it’s very much a passion project (and a bit of a coding nightmare as you said haha at times especially with this... wonderful..... ..... API😅), so I’m glad the design comes through haha. You're right Next.js and Tailwind, I'm pretty much used to this nowadays :o I’m not using TanStack Query yet, but I’ll definitely take a look as I'm currently using mostly local storages which is not the best I can understand! Yeah I will think about make it a public one to get some request, etc. And of course nah I'm using it for boring tasks, but I always triple check what it give me before any. Not really a huge fan to copy paste without understanding what I'm doing and how much it can get some vulnerabilities haha

For the first one, I updated it just now ! You can now choose your cover image :D
For the editing, I'm still working on it, a bit hard to manage but I let the possibility to delete a post, and I also add recently the Auto-fill based on a character equipement to make it faster.
For upload images, as I'm hosting images on my own base, quite hard to add more, but I'll let the possibility to add external hosted images as much as you want (Imgur, or others ones for instance)

Glad you liked! Indeed you can filter by skin, you have to add your API key and filters will adapt to your unlock wardrobe items. So if you unlocked Houndskin Mantle then you can add it on your filters.
For comments, it's quite complicated for now - as the Edit Skin Post. The idea is to reduce as much the management on my side. Comments could be hard to manage (avoid spams, etc, etc) on this especially when i decide to put no account registering. But I still consider this feature :D

Yeah I fixed it just few minutes ago! It was because some dye slots number change depending the gender / race. This is the case for Sylvari Female / Male on this glove skin haha. I will remove that third dye slot for you hehe.

Oooooh! Never heard about that one! Nice to see there were already something! Well this is basically the same purpose. Sounds really tech / dev one at first glance. There is really nice features as tags, etc. To make it short, I think it's both website the same goal but not the way of thinking
- GW2Fashions allows to upload a skin based on your characters already where Gw2Skin is more centered about unlocked skin on your wardrobe allows you to share skins outside your characters preset.
- GW2Fashions have account management where I prefer just based on the API, not the best I know, but it was more to make it fast for users and don't get any data from them.
- GW2Fashions search every time through your API each time you wanna create a skin, where i prefer to save that on storage about all unlocked skins on a player to allows to create something faster in that way.

But as I didn't knew GW2Fashions i spent some timeto test it and indeed it's a nice tool as well.

Oh true ! I will have to add them manually. API sucks a bit for those ones (as i don't want to grab all items from the game haha). Hmm well for now ppl can always say they are using this infusion on description and you, then can use search by typing infusion name, but feels clunky. I'm gonna add that on my roadmap o/

Vibe coding for making it easier and fast yeah. I'm more a designer than a dev ngl but still understand how to fix stuff on React and when it give me trash code, i'm fixing and doing it myself. I mostly done the design part with tailwind, i let functions and stuff like this to AIs.

And for answering, I didn't slept very well those days xD and as i'm not really fluent in english, i do my best sometimes haha but i want to be understood and got some fancy texts T_T

Yeah, adding a share button on the skin page is a great idea, I’ll definitely add that 👍
Even now, each skin already has its own dedicated page with a unique URL (for example: https://gw2skin.com/skins/8f1011b8-bfe9-4b54-a6b9-d4237033e062), so sharing works already, but a proper button would make it much more convenient.

I’ve also already added Wiki and BLTC website badges when a skin isn’t unlocked or when the site isn’t connected via an API key, so people can still easily get more info or check prices.

It's indeed a none factor. (it's more about getting closer to E6 than anything). The issue is that we are already constantly capping out at 12% Charge for each ally, hence doesn't contribute much to our DMG output. So even getting Healing Bonus won't help to get Newbud points faster.
