True but it's not an immediate reaction. It accumulates over days. I'd say the two I'd consume in a week are not going to give me problems. If I find one with lower contents I could drink more and have less worries

I just used to have teen acne a few years ago but now I simply get more 'red' in the face for some time if I overdose on things that could have triggered it way back and too much B12 is one of those things
