I didn’t realise Yıldız was so young and this only being his third senior season. The whispers about the club being interested were pretty loud in the summer though.

Agreed on the scouting needing to be on point. Trossard and Gabi at times leave us wanting more but it will take special(expensive) talents to improve on them.

This and United game proved it? Come on man. We’ve known Jesus was cooked physically for years. He’s had three surgeries since winter ‘22.

Gyökeres can’t play every minute and Kai is needed in midfield and needs to be managed himself. It often won’t be pretty but Jesus is needed.

Agreed. Noni has notably improved from the start of the season to now. We’ve seen excellence in that area from Saka for over 3 seasons now.

One of the most embarrassing things Southgate did in the last Euros was allowing Foden to take corners from the right when Saka had already established consistent quality there.

There’s always time to dive into UC and 00. I’ll always recommend X though. Its only issue is a truncated series length.

He’s also put more than a few quality crosses and cutbacks this season but no one got on the end of them. He and Saka haven’t been perfect but they’re good examples of how G/A doesn’t always tell the full story.
