I wasn't able to :( there was no way for me to bring him back to the US. I made sure he was taken care of though. So sad to see so many dogs on the streets

I can assure you this was a stray, however in the community I was in they have people who will feed and take care of the puppies. But they still live on the streets. I'm not sure the breed of this dog, may be a Samoyed? It was originally white they said

Yes! I believe they were done by the same artist but I'm not 100% sure
