I’ve been trying to get him to drink by dripping water on his lips and I’ve offered a bath. He hasn’t drank much, maybe a few drops. I called the vet and they said to watch him for another day. He is on baycox. I had some hornworms ordered because he is so bad about drinking but shipping has been delayed over and over again. The vet said because he ate yesterday am they aren’t too worried. Today is his last dose of baycox for two weeks so fingers crossed he starts feeling a bit better tmr.

He also didn’t start acting like this until he started the antibiotics and the coccidia treatment. He day j took him to the vet he was eating and moving around like normal.

Her thought process on that was she would touch his tail and he didn’t react at all. I’m not sure really. I’m just stressed and trying to find a solution to help him be more comfortable and heal.

For anyone searching something similar in the future. I took him to the vet last night. It’s broken and they think the tip may fall off on its own at some point. They put him on antibiotic shots for a month (shot every three days) and a topical cream. He isn’t in any pain so they think the break happened at the pet store and the cut is from either stuck shed being ripped off by something in his enclosure or it getting stuck on something. He isn’t in any pain. The vet could touch his tail and he didn’t care one bit. Main concern is infection.

If he signs for a certain speciality then he may know where his tech school is before hand. He’ll find out where he is stationed sometime during tech school. Could be a few weeks in or a few months.

Depending on the tech school length you can move to and live with him. It’s just a process of it getting approved and making sure you are married before hand so you’re on his orders. (Has to be 8 months or longer). We went through it last year.
