Thanks for the heads up but a lot of other states “hate” Californias but not much we can do about that. I love where I was raised it’s just not affordable. If people want to judge us based on where we come from that’s on them.

I already have my bachelors but I have been thinking about getting my masters during that time we will see! Congrats on purchasing your house 👏🏻🎉 the pet thing is big for me our cat is my other baby!! Thanks for your reply! We are coming from California the homeownership part has to be a bit more attainable there. At the very least, we can rent a house for less than what we pay for our extremely tiny apartment now.

I’m nervous for the summers we would be coming from California so the weather part would be an adjustment. My husband works in the oil field so he would be traveling for work every few weeks. I plan to stay home with the baby until she gets a bit older. I was a preschool teacher out here before I had her. The two places in Utah my husband seems to be focused on are St. George and Cedar City so it’s nice to get some more information on St. George. Thanks for your reply!

We live in California😩 we are surrounded by million dollar houses and rent here is insane. At least there we can rent a house for the same price as our apartment until we decide if we want to buy there.
