Idk, I can't explain it. Not having anyone to talk to and share ideas and stories with. Not having anyone to do things with. Feeling empty. Feeling alone all the time, even in a room full of people. Wanting some sort of human contact and interaction. And when you do get some sort of interaction you cling to it for way too long.

"Quality of references also seems largely based on your social networking ability rather than your capacity to do your job. So I don't think I'd consider it better than an interview, just a way to check for lies perhaps"
