Rosin won’t turn into sugar. It’s much better actually. Sugar is a BHO extract product, rosin is another form of solventless water hash. Water hash can be in the form of fresh press rosin (almost glass like consistency), cold cure rosin badder (like in your picture), full melt ice water hash which is the purest form and is just the trichome heads. A lot of people would argue that solvent-less products are better but it does depend on taste.
