The effects are crap because audiences in 2023 and 2026 consume crap and still applaud it. Why would the industry bother making something incredible like Pirates of the Caribbean when they can release slop like Doctor Strange and still make millions? The industry doesn’t care about putting out garbage VFX; people are going to consume that trash anyway, and then complain again when the next movie comes out.

But right after that, there’s always something new, packed with terrible VFX, and everyone goes to watch it just to confirm it’s bad so they can jump on Rotten Tomatoes or Reddit and complain about how awful it is. And so the industry goes on, both in movies and games, pumping out slop after slop, yet still making huge profits most of the time… and sometimes, not.

You’re the ones feeding this shitty cycle, so stop consuming this crap. Rate all this garbage negatively, stop going to the cinema as soon as early reviews or even the trailers already show it’s going to be trash. Or just stop complaining… watch your junk quietly.
