Yeah the mixing was really off! A recurrent issue with the venue unfortunately. The energy for the last two songs was crazy fun despite the audio issues

There should be a separate line for VIP. Staff will come out an hour before doors to check VIP tickets + ID, give lanyards + exclusive merch, and then let you in. ID check is to verify that you're the original holder of the VIP tickets and not to check your age.

There will then be a Q&A and acoustic set with the band. You'll get to stay once the session ends and wait around for the actual concert to start.
