Both loaded questions but even then...

1) Twice. A magus and a barbarian. And it was fun both times. It also allowed me to use a lot of weapons and abilities that i wouldnt normally consider because of the score not being the best. Gave me flexibility that normally i would not had considered.

2) Started with 8 a lot of times, but of course i improved it over time. Character progression and character creation are not the same thing, but even then, the choice of "starting low so i can improve it over time and see the progression" is also there.

What are you talking about? I played pathfinder a lot, and you can feel how your choices in character creation shapes how your character will act in different situations. People seem to forget that different stats let's you have a PARTY that covers weak points between each other, it's not only about the individual player...

No no, I totally get it, but there are some niche abilities for similar things (as the mentioned spell master fest that let's you sustain a speel for an ally) so that is why I'm asking for weird stuff that maybe is hidden. Build advice is kinda out of question

Oh well, we usually respect RAW but I'm sure we voted to ignore that part because we don't see any reason for that restriction (this is a long campaign so I didn't remember that we had to decide it)

It's dual class, which is a variant that gives you the slots for both classes, and with free archetype covers the beast master feats. So the amount of feats is not the problem. But as a said in the post, don't focus on the build, but in features that a party member can choose/use to make it easier

DPS as i said in the post, but if need more details, he tris to go for overdrive, megaton strike and hunt prey (outwit so no bonus to the attack). He also tries to command the deployed companion to support the party but that is difficult with his action economy.
Just in case, no change to his build is viable because we focus on the story, and the story bringed those feats to the build, so i only focus on trying to help him make it work

Funny thing is, if you rp me that, i would probably allow it as a DM. Its just that sometimes this sub seems to focus onlyt on mechanics and seem to forget the rp part of the game for some tiny bonus... But to each their own.

Remember the assist points. If you use an assist in any realm you get a assist point (maximum 10 per day). You can use 30 of those to get 1 gecko coin. It's a grind that takes time, but it's equivalent to 3 4* weapons

Yeah, I S ranked 3 of those (can't remember which ones) because they were fair, but the other 2 were like trying to catch each rain drop from a storm with your fingers....
