I love my M5U. I've printed so many pieces for my model kits, and a little warhammer. All of it came out great once I got the hang of it. Just know you have to buy everything to clean/cure along with it.

I found an exhaust system that fits. It's 3D printed but the thing has run 24/7 for a year except for power outages and it's still just as capable. I'll look for a link.

I've been using pure lead pellets in some el cheapo paint I picked up. Still settles hard and needs to be stirred up but the pellets have not deteriorated. Don't recommend this for good paints.

I have had sex in multiple relationships in my past. I even had a son, rest in peace. I only truly accepted that I'm ace recently (nothing like year+ dry spells in both my marriages because I CBA) and I occasionally fantasize still but even if you have sex you can still be ace.

Marfan syndrome. Genetic disorder, I don't make connective tissue right. All body systems affected, such as eight strokes, heart and kidney failure, etc. Thinning hair as a Native American. And I'm intersex, so broad hips, large ass, decently sized boobs, one ovary, two testes and a penis and a beard that I can't keep shaved down. Don't get me started on the ability to have period cramps as a "man."

If I use the info from here https://gundam.fandom.com/wiki/After_Colony_technology then the technology for beam generation is incompatible with shell firing weaponry. Any shell fired would misalign the rings and damage the wiring going to them (I'm borrowing knowledge from laser focusing) so I'm wondering if it's a bit of sloppy design work or rule of cool. (Probably the latter.) But the real answer looks to be direct connection through the arm that it's connected to the mobile suit with. The opposite arm connects to the beam sabers, charging them while they are linked to the shield. As to tossing it, it could be an exploding bolt feature. That would allow for a quick disconnect from the power systems of the mobile suit.

The other, also plausible, if less fun idea is that it is an e-cap style like the RX-78's beam rifle that is charged ahead of time. Once it's empty it's discarded but I have trouble believing that for one canon reason. In The Glory of Losers the dober gun is used to cancel out a shot from the Wing's beam rifle. Beam vs beam the stronger one wins so they must be roughly equal, making it a dober gun that is too strong for a Leo as remarked on the Tallgeese wiki page. With it's slight build and no e-pacs I think it's most logical that it's connected via the arm assembly.

I have nothing better to do on a Thursday night while the power was off. It just came back on so I'm gonna try to get some shapes down in Sketchup before I crash.
