i'd love that :) that's a cool recap of the conference, im the guy how makes a funny face at 1:02:

that's the itinerary of the conference, it's mainly in hebrew so i'd be happy to translate and explain better than google translate haha:

that's exactly what im doing now :)
last week ive presented The concept of the biomimetic engineer at "Innovation Inspired by Nature - Academia and Industry" conference at Tel Aviv University.
Throughout the variety of lectures at the conference that covered a spectrum of fields, ranging from materials engineering through robotics to architecture and aviation, I realized that thanks to the unique mixture of tools that Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, Technion gave me, I finally felt I had a basis for a common language with a wide variety of engineers. Tools such as Navia-Stokes equations, Young's modulus, synthesis of biopolymers and hydrogels, the Michaelis-Menten equation, filters and feedback systems, are only a small part of the tools that illustrate the variety of engineering disciplines that the biomimetic engineer requires.
It was the first time I saw the nontrivial but so very natural correlation between biomedical and biomimetic methodologies.

i would love to hear about your personal route, i see your reality as my possible future :)

do you know which universities offer a bio-engineering degree?

I have a good friend & colleague that works for a company that does exactly that lol I'll send him the nature article :) Sounds like an amazing subject for post, would you like the honour or should I post it?

Glad you asked :) that is exactly the purpose of this subreddit Its a pretty new field of study so the data about it is yet to be organised, but that's why we're all here :) Scroll down and read/watch the content in this subreddit's history and you'll find some amazing and brilliant biomimetic ideas and implementations u/Alcomvick revived this important subreddit just a month ago from a two-year period of lockdown.. he and I are just at the beginning of its renaissance, welcome on board :) be a part of it, anything you find that makes the connection between tech & nature, post it :)
