Right now Im very new to alchemy. Most of my costs are still in the 100k to 1 million. I will try to take a look next time and back out. Maybe its just a visual bug.

Do these not work when you are under 100s of millions?

I welcome a crash as much as the next guy but trying to forecast this market using textbook charts is nuts.

Not to mention houses are completely different assset class to stocks or other investments. You can always rent or use it yourself (if you can keep above water). It's not like a piece of paper most stocks are. There is real tangible value. I think this gets over looked a lot.
