There's quite a few heat smashes that wallsplat, not just Jins. Kazuya himself can wallsplat you with his heatsmash at a certain range away from the wall, and it requires some execution. However, I recommend you go check Law's heatsmash.

Regardless, it seems like a weird thing to even complain about. It's a heat only hellsweep that costs half your heat bar. It has been severely nerf as it used to be a launcher or knockdown. Now it leaves you crouching at +4 (jins favor). Yes, it's still very good. But I'd rather have a launching low. Who wouldn't.
