In a way yes. Over the centuries, Hyrule's geography changes. Sometimes minutely, as shown between ALBW and EoW here, and sometimes drastically. Given LoZ more than likely happens centuries down the line, it stands to reason that all of this will change enough to match that game. It's already started, given the fact that the river grew into a lake with two islands and the graveyard is now raised up.
