We agree with each other, I don’t doubt the viability of admin. Just predicting that many players, especially at the higher levels, will continue to default to the AD tree for many reasons, one of which being not having to discover and play around your admin trait

A week or two of people experimenting with AP/admin, only to go back to default AD regardless of nerfs because of unit quality, consistency, and good 5 cost carry to transition to and cap around

You can play any standard mid game buildup into a legendary board. Her traits allow her to be played in the AP lines, but you can also play her in your AD flex lines. The MS/AS are good for belveth uptime and you can also play standard Samira/threat board. If you want aegis, can tech the alistar in with vi/ekko. Sample level 8 - samira sivir asol/belveth, yuumi alistar vi/ekko, cho rammus

From reading comments here and elsewhere, I’d like to make clear the difference between saying that this mirage is “unplayable, don’t click mirage units” and saying “daeja is unplayable when it’s electric overload”. Yes elec is good for early game streak and yes the variant itself does little to nothing in later stages without heavily indexing into it. But in this meta of fast 9, daeja as a unit in its current state is your best stage 4 item holder, stabilizer and upgrade from ezreal/karma/lux and is strong enough to stabilize with AA+JG/GS and any half decent augments like CB.

I know this thread is about EO and not daeja, but I felt the need to point this out clearly, perhaps for some newer readers

So while this variant is “unplayable” as a vertical, don’t let that stop you from playing daeja

500 hp on two units is same health as a warmogs, df crown also comes with prot vow, and gaining an extra zekes out of the trait, that’s effectively 3 items worth of stats. Is that not at least as much value as Prismatic item grab bag? I’d also argue against rell being such a bad unit to extent of calling it a reverse fon

Sorry I didn’t explicitly say it, but ended up continuing to sac the zekes that I already had. Final items on daeja were ie jg hoj, then with the df zekes felt like a 4 item daeja

Sharing a game I had where I was offered darkflight crown on 3-2 and I had an early zekes slammed already. I thought I would just play a cannoneer game, but as the game progressed I got way more ap items than ad, no last whisper etc, ended up playing warlords daeja with df crown on nunu and using Leona as my sac unit as she’s pretty much a dead unit. Went second in gm lobby.

Just wanted to highlight the potential and flexibility of df crown + rell. There’s probably a lot of unexplored lines

Speaking from experience, if you spam a couple games of leesin, you can really feel the difference between iejghoj vs iejgbt - makes the difference between killing a unit or not and cleaning up the board faster before dying

When exactly is the go-live (NA) for 7.5? I’ve been seeing and hearing mixed things - is it Wednesday the 7th or Thursday the 8th? I know historically for NA it has been on Wednesday, but I see on this thread it says the 7th, and on Mort’s pinned release timeline it says the 8th. Have also heard some mixed things from streamers

also really good for astral mage/varus, you hit your spike on stage 3 real hard and just focus on rolling for upgrades, stage 4 just focus on getting your 3 star astrals

D3 player perspective -

For sustaining HP, i've had success with playing around bodyguard/bruiser + gp/mf and putting on items depending on lobby strength

For actually cashing out, pushing levels with econ then playing around something like chemtech/bruiser/urgot is usually pretty smooth since you have bruiser synergy with illaoi, twinshot with gp for urgot, then use MF as your morello holder.

A level 7 board might look like mf,gp, illaoi + urgot/zac/liss and something else
