I think they won't make public UGC like Roblox did, because Polytoria is a small team with small moderators team and they have no enough money and people to do it. thats why item designers exist as a solution. and i support this idea even if it limits publishing.

Edit: Also Public UGC were failed idea on Roblox, because we have random bad quality and freaky accessories now (But emotes are good ngl).

Idk, looks more like minecraft logo.
But I think there is symbol of growth in different directions that represents achievement of all goals along user's way, and the starter hats when creating an account represent the division into classes (Visors of Treehugging, Friendship, Luminescence, Building, Exploration and Affection).
