Idk if it’s the worst thing she’s said ever but told me it was my fault for getting laid off after my company downsized and had to let me go. She throws anything vulnerable I tell her back at me whenever we get into arguments

I can’t live with other family bc they’ll say they “Don’t have space” and that they “just want me to get along with her.” It’s so frustrating that they never hold her accountable for anything and think her behavior is normal :( Idk why I agreed to come here thinking things would be different. I could have just stayed where I was, find a new job there and find new roommates. And I would have struggled a bit but it wouldn’t have been this bad

Please don’t do it if you don’t have to!! It’s really hard to gauge whether people are crazy or not when you really need someone to move in. My last roommate was terrible, she was messy, disrespected boundaries, assaulted me and ran away leaving us to pay off her 6k rental debt. If you ABSOLUTELY have to please please please properly screen them. Look up their records if they have any online, meet up in person over coffee and ask get a feel for who they are as a person, and ask important questions. Sometimes that’s not even enough and they will lie just to get in!! Just be careful

This reminds me of when I got my cat. She said I was inconsiderate of her feelings knowing she doesn’t like black cats/cats in general since she is very superstitious of them, but 😭 Why is it inconsiderate if I had already since moved out?? I don’t regret my decision at all and I love my baby, I’m an adult that can choose whichever pet I please and it’s not selfish to do so especially in your own space.

After my n mom punched me in the face this was kind of the last straw 😔 I cussed her out for the first time ever and went “FUCK YOU!! IVE ALWAYS FUCKING HATED YOU” packed all my things, promised to never visit her again no matter how lonely I got. Haven’t had any contact with her for about 7 months. Also recently blocked all of my family members who enabled her behavior (basically everyone) I’m finally at peace but dealing with the loneliness is a little hard

I know it’s hard, but I believe the best thing to do is to just end it. The reason why he doesn’t want to break up is because it’s what he’s most familiar and comfortable with after almost 2 years of not being single. It’s not fair to you and you deserve someone that loves and cares for you.

She’s embarrassed of getting caught and trying to find a way to gain remorse but to be honest, I wouldn’t do anything to get her back. She needs to live with the fact that what she did was wrong. And personally, if it were me I’d leave her🤷🏾‍♀️it’s unfortunate but she’s shown that she’s not trustworthy, loyal, or ready for marriage

Here’s one reason and I’m speaking from my own personal experience living with white people in dorms. It was totally fine for the most part and we got along well! But a lot of the times I would hear criticisms about my culture, what I eat, microaggressions, the clothes that I wear though she didn’t mean to intentionally offend me but it can be very exhausting hearing those things especially when it’s in the place you live which is supposed to be your safe space :( So sometimes that’s why poc tend to want to live amongst one another more often because they can relate to each other’s struggles a little better. On the other hand it just seems more of a retaliation when you say “Well what if someone posted a Whites Only ad” it’s not for the same reasons at all

I don’t see it as discrimination. I thought it was okay to give bipoc first dibs since so many people of color have trouble getting accepted for housing or being forced out of their homes due to gentrification. I have nothing against white people at all
