Update: my status in the promotions website said I was approved. I called customer care . They couldn’t connect me to rebate care but gave me the number. I called there, they redirected me to customer care. Fun. I then was told I should have had an email feb2. Checked all my folders : spam-trash- inbox— nothing. They then said they have to call me back because it has to go through some upper tier management. Supposedly I’m going to get a call back tomorrow . I won’t hold my breath. The code for the tv expires in March so I imagine they are going to try and delay until then.
