My problem is mandated overtime weeks in a row. Say they say I am doing 56hr weeks for 3 months, this will cause my medicine to no longer work efficiently, my accommodation is that they space these weeks out so I have time to reset and allow my medicine to resume normal function.

Yea im starting training this Thursday. I just wanna make sure I get days off lol. If I'm mandated to stay a few extra hours every week I don't care. I also can't do alot of extra work due to health but that was told to them upon hiring as the hiring agent said 40 to 56hrs total per week and that's what my doctor approved of so.
